The Council of Ontario Construction Associations (COCA) is a federation of construction associations and is the largest and most representative group of ICI and heavy civil construction employers in the province of Ontario. Our member organizations represent more than 10,000 construction businesses and more than 400,000 employees.

COCA brings the concerns of our members to the attention of Queen's Park and is committed to working with the government to ensure that Ontario's legislative landscape is one in which our industry can grow and prosper.


COCA has a long history of success and has advocated on behalf of the Ontario ICI and heavy civil construction industry for more than 35 years.

Members of the COCA Board of Directors and the Executive Committee.
The Executive Committee was expanded in 2010 to include both additional members and additional responsibility.  The Committee has the authority to act on behalf of the Board of Directors and oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization as well as all of COCA's policy development and advocacy activities.  Membership includes COCA's Chair, 1st Vice Chair, 2nd Vice Chair, Treasurer, Immediate Past Chair and a number of Directors.
COCA convenes a number of policy committees and ad hoc groups to discuss and develop consensus opinions on issues important to the Ontario ICI and heavy civil construction industry.
