COCA Letter to the Provincial Government on Pandemic Response In the Construction Industry

Today, The Council of Ontario Construction Associations sent a letter to the Provincial Goverment on the need for legislation to exempt contractors and subcontractors from liability for project delays to the extent that they are caused directly or indirectly by the pandemic and pandemic response measures.
